That's how I informed myself:

Through the university website and through friends who studied at THI before me. It is particularly helpful to talk to people who are already familiar with the THI or even with the degree programme.

That's why I chose the degree programme at THI:

I chose THI because the proximity to practice is important to me. Many other universities focus on theory and neglect practice somewhat. At the THI, there are of course also theoretical foundations, but they are all based on real-life examples.

My tip for study orientation:

Have a look at the module handbook! It contains the entire study programme and a description of the respective subjects. You can get a good impression of the degree programme there. The information days, which are also held online, are also very practical, where everything is presented once and you can ask questions directly.

You should have these character traits for the degree programme:

It's not an easy degree programme, so you should have a lot of interest and determination!

My favourite thing about the THI:

I particularly like the fact that many of the lecturers have practical work experience and are not only good at teaching theory, but also practical applications.

My favourite experience/project during my studies:

A lecturer got us free tickets for the BAUMA trade fair in Munich. We visited the trade fair together and were even given guided tours by the sponsoring companies.

My insider tips for student life:

At the beginning of every semester is the SAP (Semesteranfangsparty), where you can make lots of new contacts, including those from higher semesters or other degree programmes!
