Kick-off "Digital Tuesday" - Thinking about tomorrow today: Recruitment in times of crisis!

The new online format "Digital Tuesday - Lunch & Learn", a joint initiative of Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences and the "Mensch in Bewegung" transfer project, was launched on 3 June. The aim of the event series is to provide companies with practical ideas on current future topics - in a compact, digital format and at lunchtime.

The event kicked off with a keynote speech by Jan Hawliczek from Die Grüne 3 GmbH on the topic:
"Thinking about tomorrow today: recruiting staff in times of crisis". With well-founded expertise and a likeable, practice-oriented presentation, he impressively demonstrated how important strategic thinking is, especially in challenging times.

Among other things, his presentation focussed on The importance of clearly defined corporate goals and a strong employer brand as well as the balancing act between operational implementation and strategic orientation.

With the "Digital Tuesday", we are creating a platform for knowledge transfer and inspiration - for specialists and managers from companies who want to play an active role in shaping change.
