Why did you decide to study GFTM?

I wanted to pursue a master’s program that combined strategic thinking, innovation and data-driven decision-making. The Global Foresight and Technology Management (GFTM) program offered me the opportunity to learn about future trends, technology management, and foresight – all highly relevant topics to the pricing and analytics field I work in.

What was the most important lesson you learned during your studies?

One key lesson was the value of strategic foresight in decision-making. Understanding how to evaluate trends and anticipate changes has become a powerful skill in business and personal development.

When you look back on your studies: What do you still benefit from most today?

I still apply the structured thinking and analytical approach I developed during the program. Whether it’s transforming data into insights or supporting strategic pricing decisions, the ability to combine technical expertise with a forward-looking mindset is something I use every day.

Since graduating, what phases of your profession have you completed?

I have continued to grow within the pricing and analytics field by taking on new challenges and expanding my responsibilities. I have deepened my expertise in pricing analytics, contributed to strategic projects, and gradually moved into roles with more impact and leadership.

How would you describe your typical workday?

My day usually involves a mix of data analysis, project/ pursuit related-supports, and communication with stakeholders. I work daily with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau to deliver insights to support pricing strategy decisions across the organization.

What makes your industry so exciting for you?

The combination of technology and strategy is constantly evolving. I enjoy working in an area where data can directly influence business decisions- and where there is always something new to learn or optimize.

What do you particularly like about your job?

I enjoy turning complex data into clear insights and being able to influence strategic decisions. I also value the collaborative environment, where I can work with experts from various backgrounds and continuously improve processes and tools.

How has completing your studies contributed to the realization of your career goals?

The GFTM program gave me a broader perspective and confidence to take on more strategic responsibilities. It also helped me improve my communication and leadership skills, which are essential for my daily work.

What criteria did you use to decide on a particular career path/step?

I focused on opportunities where I could apply my technical strengths while continuing to grow in areas like innovation and strategy. I also looked for environments that supported continuous learning and encouraged a future-oriented way of thinking.

What is your favourite future, professional or personal?

My favorite future is one where technology continues to empower people – where we can use data and foresight not just for efficiency but to create more sustainable and inclusive solutions in business and society.
