The project ‘Humanoid Robots as a Core Competence in Bavaria’ focuses on the development and integration of humanoid robot systems as a key technology of the future. The Humanoid Robotics Innovation Cluster analyses existing core competencies in mechanics, sensor technology, actuator technology, artificial intelligence, etc., and identifies future supply chains for the Bavarian economy. The aim is to research robust, secure and adaptive supply chains for industrial and service-oriented applications. A particular focus is on system integration, the scalability of technologies and the transfer of research results into production. In short: ‘Humanoids Made in Bavaria’.
